 Hi, I’m Makenna, a professional makeup artist based in the beautiful Texas Hill Country, with roots in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. I started my career in 2014 at MAC Cosmetics, where I spent five transformative years learning the art of makeup across all skin types, tones, ages, and styles. That experience gave me not only technical skill but a deep appreciation for the power of makeup to enhance natural beauty — not mask it.

With over a decade in the industry, I specialize in bridal and special event makeup, helping each client feel like the most elevated version of themselves on their big day (or any day!). I believe makeup should be joyful, empowering, and approachable! Whether you’re walking down the aisle or just wanting to feel more confident in your daily routine.

Beyond makeup, I’m also a lifelong artist mainly working in watercolor and acrylic, often inspired by my love for animals. As an animal lover and advocate, much of my personal art centers around wildlife, and I’m passionate about causes that protect and celebrate them.

Whether you’re sitting in my makeup chair for a wedding, a photo shoot, or a one-on-one lesson, my goal is always the same: to make you feel seen, celebrated, and radiant, inside and out. And hopefully, we’ll share a few laughs along the way.
